Having detected the need within the scope of the Spanish market for a business management system and a blatant lack of alternatives that could fill this market void, in April, 2001 a team of software engineers and specialists in graphic arts processes began to develop the first ever Vertical Velocity Model targeted at the graphic arts industry on worldwide basis INEXTRAMA and develop a product that would lead to the VVM called Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One.

A Vertical Velocity Model is a business model that is based upon the development of a product of software standard software product that does not require personalizations and is sold and implemented by using a start-up methodology that is also standard, and all of this together leads to vast sales and huge number of new names year after year.

It has been 7 years since April, 2001 and a total of 10 million euros have been invested in our product Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One or Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA (SAP GRAPHIC ARTS in Spain and Graphic Arts for SAP in USA), that has been the undisputed market leader since 2006 in sales in Spain, more than doubling the total sales of the other 2 alternatives being used by graphic arts companies and hence providing an excellent solution to the lack of an effective ERP.

Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One or SAP GRAPHIC ARTS INDUSTRY (GRAPHIC ARTS FOR SAP in English) is currently being chosen by 9 out of 10 clients in Spain (Europe) which means as of December, 2008 we had 214 clients and 140 installations running their business with our product day in and day out.

Once the product was well established in the Spanish market – the most flexible and versatile marketplace among the 11 that concentrate over 90% of the worldwide graphic arts production, in October 2008 we opened a new office in Chicago, Illinois, USA, with the clear aim of converting Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One into the first ERP for the graphic arts industry in the USA, the leading graphic arts market in the world.
