The Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One start-up phase is composed  by 3 steps to ensure a proper service: installation, implementation and user certification.

I. INSTALATION.

Before beginning any other service, we will install the Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One  subscription onto a fully dedicated server which your company will be renting on a monthly basis. Once this step has been completed the second phase, the  implementation of Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One in your company will be carried out.

II. IMPLEMENTATION.

During the implementation phase, the Inextrama project manager  will be guiding your firm’s  product champion  throughout the 6 phases that make up the implementation service which are the following:

I. Method Presentation – During this phase, we will be showing your firm’s  product champion or  the person in charge of  implementation in your company  all of the details involved  in the implementation process, all of the individual phases that comprise it as well as the contents of each phase, etc.
The execution calendar for this process  will also be explained at this point.

II. Training the product champion. The person in charge of implementation in your company  will be fully trained regarding all operational aspects in Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One  for SAP Business One.

III. Parametrization Support.  Your Product Champion will be taught how to configure and input all of the variables included in the Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One Master Modules which define the way the product will later operate within your company’s business processes.

IV. Training Support. During this phase all future users of the system will be fully trained by your company’s  person in charge of  implementation, with the support provided by Inextrama’s project manager, This training will also provide the base for transferring the contents of the version that has been contracted as well as practical exercises so as to accustom all users with the usage of Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One within the scope of their own area within the company.

V. Start-up Support  During the start-up support phase, the Inextrama project manager will be aiding your company’s product champion in Co-ordinating the Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One start-up  over a pre-defined period of time culminating in the actual start-up, in other words, until the actual moment in which your company begins to run  Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One as your sole management  information system.

VI. Implementation Closure. The completion or closure of the implementation is the end of all of the installation, implementation and certification services, that is sealed with the corresponding signed document, and the full speed initiation being co-ordinated by your company’s product champion and supervised by  the Inextrama project manager.

III. CERTIFICATION.

Once Graphic Arts by INEXTRAMA for SAP Business One is running in your company,  usage of  the tool in your  business processes  will be audited by Inextrama and we will then duly certify your company, your product champion and all users who have successfully  acquired the required knowledge level.
