The Outsourcing Module provides the automatic identification and creation of external operations linked to manufacturing or production orders. Once these proposals have been generated, the most appropriate supplier is chosen, taking into account delivery lead times and prices, providing the option to group all of them into a single order.

The Outsourcing Module is also able to carry out a complete control of the suppliers’ products, calculating the volume discount and the entry of final material at the time that the order is generated, the delivery note is issued or when the invoice is received. The material report, the discount for the components and the entrance of semi-finished products may be prepared directly from this module.

The Outsourcing Module allows you to carry out the following tasks:

• Issuing of Outsourcing Orders for external operations using a Work Order or manufacturing specifications as your trigger.
• Reception Control (date of reception, status of the goods, etc…).
• Control of information or goods sent to the supplier.
• Orders placed to suppliers.
• Control of orders pending to be received.
• Reception of materials and delivery notes from suppliers for semi-finished products.
• Reception and handling of suppliers’ invoices.
• Issuing of identification labels.
