The Planning Module is based upon an MRP II system (Manufacturing Resource Planning) that uses a limited capacity scheduling methodology that generates the needs in the moment using “Just in Time” resources, hence, optimizing preparation timeframes, forecasting saturation points and avoiding bottlenecks.

The Planning Module has to take into account various planning policies and the definition of availability of each and every resource or family of resources.

By using an Outlook-like tool, a quick visualization and a complete Process Sequence is generated, taking into account resource capacity and detecting any possible problems through an effective pre-alert system. The system also suggests the date and time that has been set up for each step in the process.
