Once all of the data has been placed into the system and the estimate has been issued, the information is fully prepared for the Production Module.

The Production Module is the part of the application that establishes, controls and analyzes the company’s production processes.

Nevertheless, the system suggests later processes but they may be changed depending on the information received at any given moment, so the estimate and the actual production may be completely different.

The Production Module will perform:

· Automatic issuing of the job or manufacturing order based upon the estimate.
· Generating job orders or manufacturing by hand without estimates.
· Issuing of the road map for workshop.
· Comparative data for forecasted and real.
·
Inputs of time, material entries/exits, for a job order, the manufacturing information and a tie-in of these items, or using the systems to capture plant data.
· Operation outsourcing, controlling the existing material in the supplier’s installations.
· Carrying out quality control (QC) tasks linked to the operations.
· Control over requirements and in-stock goods for each and every job order.
· Control calendars for order delivery deadlines.
· Control calendars for production initiation.
· Job pre-orders and possibility to generate job orders, going backward.

The information about the production scheduling for each job order is sent to manufacturing through a multiple choice process. For each order scheduled documentation may be printed out - called the RoadMap with operations.

Once the order has been scheduled, times and material entries and exits are being input through an Floor Data Capturing system (Module FDC), identifying any deviations.
